My daughters 25th Bday Celebration

This review is my review and based off no one else’s. We arrived at the Le Blanc on May 17th, and the week started out amazingly. We were greeted by reception and then turned over to Ms. Andrea Berra where she ran us through the various activities the resort offered, she knew her stuff and was so friendly and personable. Then we went to our room # 931 and our butler introduced herself (Rossy (Rosa) Piedrola) and extended her hand to help us in anyway possible. She connected with my daughter as their birthdays were only a day apart. She assisted in telling me about the downtown area and after me asking about local transportation she told me convenient ways to get around.i wish should could have stayed with us the whole time but it was her rotation time and then we got to new butlers Eder Gómez and Hugo Gómez. They also proved to be extremely valuable as they had insight to other requested activities. I always tried stumping them, but they were always on top and helped me a lot. The Aura pool activities directors (Adi and Laura) were spot on and we had so much fun with them. Even with the small amount of people swimming at the pool they kept everyone involved the whole time. I also have to give high marks to the two bartenders (Zair, and Ignacio) they knew how to make some mean drinks for us and they always paid attention to when we needed something. Now the guy serving us our food and drinks at the Aura pool was Jesus and he was the most helpful and always had a smile on his face. I look forward to seeing each and every one of the people mentioned in this review as they were fabulous. Now, the only issue we had and we know of others that had the same issue was that there was something in the pool water that turned our bathing suits green. We actually seen some sort of green algea in the water. I know they were checking the chemicals and that is all fine and good, but as a pool owner myself they need to add chemicals to the water, not just check them. I recommend before getting to the resort to make reservations at all the restaurants. Each of the restaurants were amazing, our favorite was Yama! we departed today (5/24/2025) and plan on visiting again.

Nancy, Daniel and Brian is the best in all day, always had beautiful smile and the best service. They are attentive and always respond to our request promptly. They remembered all our previous drink orders and would bring us our favorite drinks immediately after we sat down at the table.
