The staff were very friendly and our butlers were amazing both Luis and Gary did great jobs at ensuring we are where we wanted, and our activities were booked for the day. The maid staff was awesome and Edith even made towel animals for us that were so adorable. I really enjoyed the variety of food and beverages available and all the activities available on the resort itself. I would definitely go again.

The bar tenders Josue and Guillermo were very welcoming, hospitable, and always happy. They made me and my friend feel at home. They gave great service! The drinks they made were also very tasty. This was our first experience of an all inclusive resort, and so grateful to have these guys during the experience.
