Very small resort and outdated.

This resort is very small, outdated, the pool area is very small, only two restaurants. Very is not very good. Elevators are small. Stay at the RUI.
Amazing hotel and staff

This hotel is the best one I have stayed at in Cancun. There is a lot of staff for the size of the hotel, and you can always get assistance whenever needed. Very accommodating staff, victor our Level concierge (totally worth it btw) was extremely thoughtful and helpful.

Such a lovely time at Melia Casa Maya. Beautiful beaches blue & crystal clear. Had amazing daily service by Uzi during the morning and in the afternoon by Benjamin & Manuel. Always made sure that me and my friend felt welcome. Food & service was top notch.
Cannot reach the hotel over the phone

Reaching the hotel over the phone is impossible. Two options are given for reservations when you call, a third option for all others. When you select the third option, the call is disconnected. Calls should be routed to an operator or the front desk.
I would not stay here!

Let me begin saying that we have been apart of this timeshare since the 90’s. Coming back to the new “renovation” is simply horrible! If you are American they treat you horribly, a clear difference in treatment from Spanish speaking guests.
