Royalton Saint Lucia Spa

10 out of 10 for the Spa! Experienced such a wonderful Swedish massage followed by a body scrub, by lovely Vicky, she made me feel welcome at at ease. Vicky’s hands were like magic…just enough pressure, moving fluidly without rushing, thereby delivering a thoroughly relaxing and therapeutic treatment, even manipulating and moving limbs without any discomfort. Highly recommended.

Gooood Morning after my 7day vacation with our private event 3 private parties !! Was nice Buttttt I have to say I felt like I was not suppose to be there, the unprofessional staff, didn't help the situation of the smelly rooms!! The food was disgusting. We had only 1 Resturant that was something we could handle the seafood Resturant !! Drinks were water down! The coffee was horrible the entertainment was horrible, the staff was so unfriendly didn't speak to people of color like they were the guest,any other person was spoken to with a how are you how can we help you!! I'm accustomed, to quality and respectful staff all around.... This resort needs to train their staff better and inform them just because the guest isn't white, we should be treated the same !!! Yes I can give tips all day everyday ,but the treatment was all around nasty !! I paid $2000 for my trip All I have for Memoirs was my group of 100freinds &family!! And Nightmare of nasty food drinks and staff!! Shape up Royalton Resoet St Lucia.... My Island people wake up !! They don't acknowledge the fact if we all feel this way we won't be back 2 ??
