I recently celebrated my birthday by treating myself to a stay at this beautiful resort, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff at the hotel. Their welcoming smiles and attentive service made me feel right at home, setting the perfect tone for my special day. A huge shoutout goes to DJ Flex, who turned out to be the star of the night.

Had a great family vacation at Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach. Second time at this location. As was the case with our first stay, a highlight of the trip was the food. I have to give a special mention to Chef Damoy, who made our dining experience truly unforgettable. He worked at the buffet and outdoor food stations. Every time we visited, he greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. It’s not often you find someone so passionate about their craft, but Chef Damoy clearly loves cooking, and it shows. I had a chance to chat with him a few times, and it was clear he loves sharing his love for food with guests. His friendly, outgoing attitude always put a smile on my face. If you’re visiting, definitely make sure to look out for Chef Damoy. He will make you feel like family, and you won’t leave hungry or disappointed! A second special mention is for Santino at the lobby bar. Santino is a true gentleman. Thank you Santino for making us our daily morning cappuccino!

We were in Iberostar waves Rose Hall in Montago Bay from May 10-May 17, 2025. Our vacation was perfect from a first minute we came in reception in the hall. Young pretty lady who made our vacation stay perfect was a Latoya on reception. She was so professional and easy going lady. She gaves to us a beautiful room with very nice terrace. Sea was a very warm and very pleasant. Food was great, all resort were so clean and beautiful. Staff working great and friendly. Thank you for a very good time relax and pleasant stay.

Enjoyed myself! Rooms could have been more modern. Resort was going through an update so lots of construction going on. Set up of the resort itself was a bit confusing (lobby only accessible from one side) but got the hang of it after a few days. Food was decent, not the best I've had but pretty good for an all inclusive. Highlight of the trip was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Marcus was a favorite for me and my group. He went above and beyond and checked on us each day of our stay. Getting to know him was amazing and he made our trip in Jamaica amazing!

I guess being Jamaican our money was not valued as we had encounter with two different staff who were horrible. We were celebrating mother's day and my sister's birthday. I would not recommend. We thought room service was available only to be told its for cleaning. We were not advised of this upon checkin. We had an infant with us so we had to be back and forth to get her stuff. One of the dining room servers at breakfast was rude and we got the same treatment at lunch. The water spilt and it was more than a spill as we used almost all the napkin to dry it up and she never apologize neither did she come back to clean it up but was all smiles with the overseas guests going above and beyond. The pool bartender literally ignored my mother when she went to return some cups as well as he was annoyed to serve us and he made it very clear. I'm pissed I didnt take their names but when checking out and speaking about our experience Romaine ( hope i didnt butcher his name) said he knew who the guy was I was speaking about at the pool bar. Romaine was kind and Shout out to the dining room supervisor who worked on the 12th of May in the morning. He was a sweetheart. The food was okay. Nothing special. The room could have been cleaner. Have a birthday trip coming up and was gonna go back but I'm glad this happened now so I can go where my money is valued.
