My boyfriend and I spent a few days at Iberostar this week and had such a wonderful time! The highlight of my stay was definitely the service from the butlers, Kadeen and Ralston they were exceptional. Thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely warm, they made everything feel so easy and special. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall service at the resort was top-notch. If I had to change one thing, it would be having more food variety at some of the restaurants, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already thinking about my next visit!

In general is a good hotel, staff is very kind and helpful, food, to be honest for an all inclusive hotel is very good, beachfront rooms with butler service are big and spacious. The beach is beautiful! One of the best beaches I’ve seen and a great location to see the sunset. Property could improve maintenance of some areas but in general the property is in good conditions
