Great hotel, everything was excellent. The food was so good. It is definitely worth paying for an all inclusive hotel. I wish I have stayed more to enjoy everything. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. One of the best hotels I have stayed at.

I am beyond happiness with the experience at Dreams Vista. Will definitely book my stay there many times more! The service is great, with servers everywhere I went. A few names I will mention here: from World Cafe, Capitan Carlos Yepez, Noe, Gabriel,Avenaduar,Pablo from Porto Fino, and soooo! Many more everywhere. Everyone so kind, happy smiles, and many of them helped with my mother when we went to the beach, since she carries a walker. Room service the best. Food soooo!!! Delicious!!! I truly highly recommend Dreams Vista Cancun,and thank you!!! For such a wonderful time I had by staying there. Blanca from USA.

Had a lovely time with granddaughter, will be back! Several staff made our trip special, starting with Pablo on 9th floor reception! ?? Eduardo with VIP services definitely knows customer service?? Thank you Eduardo!?? Eric with Dreams Entertainment is wonderful! The young man that organizes the volleyball is great! ?? The tall 'Gentleman' lounge singer in suit and bow tie, is fabulous! Very, very talented! ?????? Monica and Ana at the Spa are fabulous! So is Felipe at the Spa.?? The rooms are very nice! Resto on R floor is very good and steakhouse too. Japanese resto is also very good. Upgrading to Preferred worked well for us. The views are lovely! The coffe shop was our daily go-to place! We loved it?? Beach is ok, tiny rocks pinched my feet when entering water. Rooftop pool was our favourite. Less liked?? The buffet was 4/10. Not so good. ?? Margarita at the spa was uninterested and not welcoming. Lack of professional hospitality. ?? The Spa hot tub was Not hot, not pleasant at all. The excessive explanations with each step of the Hydrotherapy area, was Not relaxing.. ??the lounge chairs prior to massage treatments were great! ?? massages by Monica and Ana were great. ?? on Tuesday a.m. I went to the rooftop pool, to simply sit in a lounge chair. I didnt realize I was 3 minutes early and was rudely scolded by Jessica. Do you speak to all guests this way? Demanding I leave? Just because I was 3 minutes early? There are ways to be nicer to guests? Not a nice way to start a guest's morning. Unnecessary and a lack of professional hospitality. ?? very disappointing with Air Canada rep, non existent service. ??Take the early a.m. ferry to Isla Mujeres, rent a scooter with Indios. Leave before the p.m. crowds arrive.?? ?? I will return to this resort. But encourage better food at buffet and better food quality with room service. More consistency with providing excellent customer service. Shout outs again to Pablo 9th floor reception, Eduardo VIP services, Monica, Ana, Felipe at Spa. Eric and the young man coordinating volleyball. ??

I attended a wedding for a four-day experience at this resort. It has been by far my best vacation style experience. Every single employee was gracious and helpful, every morsel of food that touched my lips was absolutely amazing. The available entertainment and resources were fantastic I am definitely plan to visit again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the resort! The rooms were clean, food was great and the staff were friendly! We loved hanging out by the pool. They had a variety of activities as well. They would also set up with different food options by the pool at times. For example, one day it was make your own ceviche and another day it was fish tacos and margs! Everything was delicious! Also wanted to give a shout to some staff members that went out of their way to make our experience even better! For breakfast, Isidro welcomed us with a smiling face! He made sure we had water, coffee, and mimosas. He made us feel happy to be there! We were happy he was our breakfast waitor the days we were there! Another person that stood out was Adam Ruz. We first met him at the rooftop restaurant while having dinner and he was so kind to us! He made sure we had everything we needed. After that, we kept running into him and he was so friendly each time! He asked us about our day and if we were having a good time! The last person I would like to give a shout out to would be Marcos Garcia. My husband and I did the wine cellar dinner and Marcos took such great care of us! He was attentive and made sure we were having a good time! He was quick to bring us anything we needed as well and made our dinner special! There are so many other staff that went above and beyond! We had amazing service at this hotel and thank you for making our experience so much better!
